CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling, please review our policy: ✔ A deposit is required to secure all appointments ✔ Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduled within 24 hours ✔ Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling ❌ Same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit ❌ No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be blocked from future bookings ✔ Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will lose their deposit ✔ Please come prepared for your service (no makeup, clean nails/brows/lashes as required) By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
